What is fear?
Fear and phobias cause anxiety. Letting go of fear is healing. Fear happens in the absence of love. It is a subconscious belief that is sabotaging our successes. If we didn't have fear, we would make our dreams come true and live that dream life. The opposite of fear is curiosity, trust, courage, and calmness. Nothing is life has to be feared, only understood!

What is sabotage?
It is an irrational fear. It is a reflection of your inner truths. The truth what you believe is the truth.
It is a toxic coping mechanism. Even if you could have what you desire, you trip yourself up because you believe you are not deserving of it. Sure, this is all happening on an unconscious level meaning you are not even aware of that is exists in you.
Frustration is part of sabotaging the self. What is the positive intention behind self-sabotage?

Success can be defined as accomplishing something that you planned to achieve. To fulfil your dreams.
